About the project

Espejo ancestral is a commercial exchange space in the form of a circular pavilion, set beside the La Hueso stream, near the Estadio station, in a park of sensory wetlands. It grows out of a device inspired by the Málaga hall, a place full of magic and memories, and seeks a spiritual, relaxing atmosphere for gathering.

The program is organized on two levels around a central courtyard. On the lower level are the kitchen, the cold room and the dining area; on level 1, the bar, the pottery workshop, the music room and the offices. A wide roof with a metal structure covers the whole.

The commercial ecosystem board develops the kitchen, the interior microclimates and the construction detail of the green roof.
